CRP is a nonprofit organization, and receives funding from, and provides services for, public, philanthropic, and nonprofit organizations. We work in and across a wide range of fields, including human services, education, health, housing, employment, poverty, community development and race and diversity.
CRP works primarily in central Ohio, but can also undertake projects in other Ohio locations and statewide projects. In addition, CRP has experience serving as the Ohio partner for initiatives funded by national foundations and federal government agencies . See our Programs and Projects page for more information about our clients and funders.
To best understand how CRP can assist your organization, we will work with you to develop an assessment of your service or project needs. This interactive project assessment will define the scope, timeline, and budget of the project , and is typically completed at no cost or obligation to the client. Organizations have found that working with CRP to complete a project assessment is very helpful in clarifying and focusing a project's design. CRP is also available to collaborate in preparing grant applications and funding proposals.

Funding partners provide critical support for CRP's data and research programming. For example, multiple government, philanthropic and nonprofit organizations have enabled CRP to develop the Central Ohio Community Indicators Database and the DataSource website. CRP is seeking new funding partners to maintain and enhance our capacity to provide data access, training and technical assistance, web-based tools, and publications that benefit a wide range of organizations and individuals.
